Hmmm, you are making me want to step foot into an Ulta some time soon.....something I said I wouldn't do because I thought their staff were so rude and impertinent. Awesome lacquer.

I've never been to an ULTA, its sort of far for a beauty store (like an hour away). Do the specials they do online work in the store too?
It's a very nice color, I think it would be especially good for halloween designs.
@lauren - I do believe the specials work both online and in-store. but I'm sure they have some that are in-store only and online only. and yes, I agree, it would be a good color for halloween stuff!
